Abstract:

To provide a tacky adhesive composition excellent in all of tackiness, suppression of generation of static electricity due to peel charging, and low contamination of adherends.

A tacky adhesive composition contains an acrylic copolymer having a hydroxyl group in a molecule, an alkaline metal salt, and a dimethylsilicone compound having a polyalkyleneoxy group in a molecule and having an HLB value of ≥1 but ≤10.
