Title:
TACKY ADHESIVE TAPE HAVING RESIN FILM BASE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0539462
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a tacky adhesive tape resistant to the generation of tearing from the cut edge even by cutting with a simple sawtooth cutter by applying a silicone-based releasing layer to one surface of a resin film substrate subjected to antistatic treatment and applying a tacky adhesive layer to the other surface of the substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A resin film such as PVC, polyester, PE or drawn PP film treated to a surface resistivity of ≤1013Ω/cm2 is used as a substrate, a silicone- based releasing layer 11 is applied to one surface of the substrate and a tacky adhesive layer 2 of preferably natural or synthetic rubber, acrylic resin, etc., is formed on the other surface. The above antistatic treatment is carried out e.g. by applying an ion-conductive polymer to the substrate at the side to be coated with the tacky adhesive, thereby forming an antistatic layer 12.
