To automatically stick a tacky adhesive tape to the rear surface of backing paper and to automatically affix adherends to the front surface of this backing paper by utilizing this tacky adhesive tape.
Plural sheets of the backing paper which are arrayed with plural window holes 3 and have hangers at one end are set in a laminated state. The uppermost backing paper is delivered by one sheet each in a horizontal posture along its longitudinal direction and is inserted and is pinched and transported between a revolving roll 28 in the upper section and tacky adhesive tape supplying drum 29 in the lower section disposed to face each other vertically in a delivery transporting path. The tacky adhesive tape 4 supplied from the peripheral surface of this tacky adhesive tape supplying drum 29 is stuck to the rear surface of the backing paper by facing its tacky adhesive surface upward in synchronization with the transportation of the backing paper. This tacky adhesive tape 4 is cut at a prescribed length. The adherends are successively affixed and mounted stepwise to and at the adhesive surface of the tacky adhesive tape 4 exposed from the window holes of the backing paper.
