To provide a tacky sheet for decoration which can be lap-applied without releasing an old tacky sheet for interior fitting, using a special pressure- sensitive adhesive layer with the treatment of a base material.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 which has a sufficient tacky strength, even when the sheet for decoration is laminated on an old sheet for decoration, is applied to the back of the sheet for decoration. The pressure- sensitive adhesive 2 is obtained by adding a tackifier with an appropriate softening point to an acrylate copolymer composed mainly of a 2-ethylhexyl and curing the copolymer with the help of an isocyanate curing agent. In addition, in order to prevent the sheet from being released from an adherend due to the stretching of a paper base material 1c by humidity, a polyvinyl chloride layer 1b intended for filling up to block moisture is formed between the paper base material 1c and an expanded polyvinyl chloride layer 1a for decoration.
