The tag book 10 is formed by laminating tags for indicating a specified point 14 on which signature or seal of document exists by a paste layer formed on a part of a rear face and has a block 11A of an indicating tag part 11 on which a window for surrounding the specified point 14 is formed, and a block 12A of a central tag part 12 stored in the window 11a of the indicating tag part 11. Each of the blocks 11A, 12A have paste layers 17a, 17b respectively.
