To provide a tag case which is capable of containing a tag laminate without spoiling the aesthetic appearance of the surroundings and allowing one tag to be easily and promptly released from the tag laminate.

The tag case includes a box body 1 that has a rectangular upper opening 10 and houses a tag laminate T inside, and a resilient member 9 that is provided in the box body 1 and presses the tag laminate T upward. The box body 1 has a first receiving surface 21b at the front edge side of the rectangular upper opening 10 to prevent jumping out of the tag laminating body T, and a second receiving surface 31b at the rear edge side of the rectangular upper opening 10 to prevent jumping out of the tag laminate T. Further, a send-out roller 30 is vertically movably provided in the vicinity of the second receiving surface 31b in the box body 1, which contacts a tag ta positioned on the top of the tag laminate and separates the tag off in a curved mountain shape.
