The found article managing tag 10 is composed of a laminated sheet 13 of a top sheet 11 and a bottom sheet 12. At the center of the laminated sheet 13, a folding and cutting section 14 is formed. A sticking section 20 is formed on the surface of the laminated sheet 13, a paste section 40 is formed along three peripheral sides of the backside of the laminated sheet 13, and a sealing section 50 is formed on the remaining side of the laminated sheet 13.
