Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a take-in/take-out device for an automatic warehouse in which a deflected load on the carriage side can be supported without reducing guide precision at a low-cost constitution.
CONSTITUTION: Elevation motion of a carriage 15 is performed without oscillation by guide by a guide roller 21 along guide surfaces 24, 24a on the side of a support pole 12. When the carriage 15 is stopped at a specified level, the guide roller 21 is contacted with the guide surface 24a which is formed by a high strength plate 30. A deflected load generated on the carriage 15 side in take-in/take-out load by advance/retraction motion of a load take-in/take-out means 16 is supported by stopper action of the guide roller 21 applied to the guide surface 24a of the high strength plate 30, so deformation such as a dent is not generated on the support pole 12 side even when the guide roller 21 is contacted strongly. Displacement of the stop level of the carriage 15 at the time of take-in work and at the time of take-out work is compensated by vertical length of a contact range 29.
