Title:
TAKE-UP DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000318893
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a take-up device capable of always keeping a winding tangential position of a work relative to a take-up drum to perform winding under uniform tensile force even when the distance between a stepped roller and the take-up drum is relatively long.

In a take-up device in which a belt-shaped work 10 which is unwound from a supply drum 1 and to which a specified tensile force is applied by a stepped roller 3, is wound up around a take-up drum 2, a work supply guide 20 is arranged between the stepped roller 3 and the take-up drum 2, and even when the distance between the stepped roller 3 and take-up drum 2 is long, the dead weight of the work 10 at this portion can be borne and supported by the work supply guide 20. Thus, a condition where the tensile force of the work 10 is non-uniform, can be avoided, and thus the quality of the work 10 wound up is stabilized.
