Abstract:

To provide a take-up unit which precisely matches a position of an end part on the reliability side of a thread feeding bobbin to a target position irrespective of a diameter and shape of the thread feeding bobbin, thereby executing good take-up operations.

A winder unit (take-up unit) includes: a bobbin holding part; a chase part detecting sensor; a drive part; and a stepping motor control part. The bobbin holding part holds the thread feeding bobbin. The chase part detecting sensor detects the end part on the reliability side of the thread feeding bobbin held by the bobbin holding part. The drive part drives the bobbin holding part to adjust the position of the end part on the reliability side of the thread feeding bobbin. The stepping motor control part controls the drive part to match the position of the end part on the reliability side of the thread feeding bobbin to a preset target position based on a detection result of the chase part detecting sensor.
