To provide a takeout device of paper sheets for taking out without causing damage such as folding the corner of the paper sheets, even when the height is different between the innermost side and an operator's side when there is deformation in the paper sheets, when taking out the paper sheets by the takeout device.

A fixing sucking unit 12 is separated by a distance L1 on the downstream side in the carrying direction from a vertical plane connecting the axis and the lowest part of a takeout rotor 21b, and is arranged by separating by a distance (a gap) L2 with a sucking surface of the fixing sucking unit 12 arranged in substantially parallel to a paper sheet takeout surface of a takeout roller 21b. The depth direction orthogonal to a paper sheet carrying surface of a paper sheet taking-in port 12c of the fixing sucking unit 12, is also chamfered by a radius R. The fixing sucking unit constituted in this way is used and arranged, and the taper sheets are taken out.
