Abstract:
To provide a takeup device for a conveyor, enabling an air cylinder to move along the conveyor chain tension direction with small force without complicating or enlarging the air cylinder.
In the takeup device 100 for a conveyor, a conveyor chain is wound around a sprocket 140 provided on a takeup shaft 130, and the takeup shaft 130 is borne on a movable base 110 supported and guided on a fixed base 120 slidable along the conveyor chain tension direction T. The air cylinder 160 to energize the movable base 110 is movably provided in the conveyor chain tension direction T.
