To guide so that an unmanned aircraft is landed accurately at a target point.SOLUTION: A take-off/landing device 200 includes a position measurement part 201 for measuring the position of a flying unmanned aircraft, a landing guidance part 202 for guiding the unmanned aircraft to a target point of landing based on the position of the unmanned aircraft measured by the position measurement part 201, and a guidance light 203 including one or more lights. The landing guidance part 202 presents an instruction for guiding the unmanned aircraft to the target point of landing, by emission from one or more lights included in the guidance light 203.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
