PURPOSE: To reduce the deterioration of a liner due to mechanical fatigue without the occurrence of creases by providing a soft foamed layer on one or both ends of a non-expansive reinforced cloth, and preparing a expansive cloth on the soft foamed layer, and transferring a curling halit to a long strip-form laminated member with a sheet-shaped elastomer layer on its outermost side surface.
CONSTITUTION: The both surfaces of a reinforced cloth 2 not having an expansive property in its central part is sticked with a soft foaming urethane 3 of 3mm thickness by heat welding. Next, a taking-up liner having a curling habit is obtained in such a way that outer surface members 5-1 and 5-2 adhered with a thermal curing silicon rubber on only one surface of a cloth having an expansive property is sticked previously, by changing the pulling force subsequently, on the front and rear soft foamed urethane surfaces by thermal welding. The taking-up liner thus obtained is excellent in its tackiness, and there may be no occurrence of defectives due to the occurrence of creases in the taking-up liner.
