Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taking-up method and a taking-up device capable of preventing loosening of a film product without applying a stress on the film product.SOLUTION: A guide film supply mechanism 16 delivers a guide film 22 toward a taking-up mechanism 20. On both side parts of an upper surface of the base film 24 formed wider than a product film 12 in terms of width of the guide film 22, a pair of support bodies 26 which is long in length direction of the base film 24 and thicker than the film product 12 is arranged. A film product supply mechanism 18 delivers the film product 12 toward an upper surface of the guide film 22. The taking-up mechanism 20 forms a film roll 14 by taking-up the film product 12 for each guide film 22. A tensile Ts of the film product 12 is set smaller than a tensile Tg of the guide film 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
