Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a talking charge management equipment calculating an accurate talking charge when a private branch of exchange is installed over different charge areas via a private line.
CONSTITUTION: A 1st private branch of exchange 4 is installed in a 1st charge area and a 2nd private branch of exchange 6 is installed in a 2nd charge area different from the 1st charge area. After the end of talking based on a call from a terminal equipment 1 accommodated in the 1st charge area, a taking charge management equipment 3 receives information relating to at least a caller terminal equipment number, a talking start time, a talking time, an outgoing path number and a talking opposite number sent from the 1st private branch of exchange 4. The installed station corresponding to the outgoing path number in the information is checked from a table representing an installed station number corresponding to the outgoing path number and the talking charge is calculated based on the checked installed station and the received information.
