Title:
TALKING DEVICE FOR DISASTER PREVENTION MONITOR AND CONTROL EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3174488
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to hear a call message and an alarm message for a fire or the like by connecting a microphone to a speaker and forming a talking circuit at the time of detecting the insertion of a transceiver plug into a telephone jack.
SOLUTION: A transmitter 12 is connected to a talking control part 36 through capacitors 35, 37 and a telephone line 13 and a microphone 38 and a speaker 40 through an amplifier 39 are respectively connected to the control part 36. When an MPU 19 detects the insertion of the plug 18 of a transceiver 16 into the telephone jack 15 of the transmitter 12, the control part 36 connects the microphone 38 and the speaker 40 to the telephone line 13 based upon an instruction from the MPU 19 to form a talking circuit. At the time of detecting the insertion of the plug 36 of a transceiver 29 into a telephone jack 28 formed on a disaster prevention monitor and control board 11, the MPU 19 disconnects the microphone 38 and the speaker 40 from the telephone line 13. Consequently a call message outputted from the speaker 40 can be heard by the transceiver of the transmitter.
