Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tall oil pitch coating material effectively utilizing a tall oil pitch approximate to an industrial waste by improving the tall oil pitch hardly made to the coating material, since adhesiveness is strong until now, to a drying coating material.
SOLUTION: At least a drying acceleration agent such as cobalt naphtenate, manganese, zinc and calcium and a solvent such as xylene and acetone are formulated to a compound obtained by mixing a ligno-phenol derivative to a raw liquid of the tall oil pitch at an amount 0.3-3 times the weight of the tall oil pitch and heating the formulates compound to 80-140°C.
