This invention is composed of the original plate in which a groove-like zone 8 so as to circle an outer periphery is prepared by arranging grooves 6, 7 at equal intervals from a circumferential outer periphery toward the center in a laminated sheet which keeps synthetic resin overlying paperboard, and which is composed by forming an internal face section 3 which circles the inner face of the peripheral face 8 by preparing a peripheral wall 2 which circles the top face section 1 by narrowing down this discoid original plate along the above groove-like zone 8 and by turning up the lower section of this peripheral wall 2 inside, and in which a plurality of cutting-in lines 4, 5 parallel to the above grooves 6, 7 are prepared at intervals in the above peripheral wall 2.
