A workpiece conveying apparatus 10 arranged between the presses, is provided with; a first, second and third arms 21, 31, 41 fitted so as to be rotatable around a first, second and third rotating shafts 18, 28, 38; a suction means for workpiece arranged at the tip end side of the third arm 41; and a posture adjusting means capable of adjusting the posture of the suction means 51 by utilizing a fourth rotating shaft 48 at the third arm side, wherein the first arm 21 is rotated around the first rotating shaft 18 arranged at the lower part of the working floor surface 71, and the second arm 31 is rotated around the second rotating shaft 28 and also the third arm 41 is rotated around the third rotating shaft 38, the suction means 51 is formed so that it is shiftable in the press-processing area and the posture of the suction means is adjustable.
