Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem type offset color printing method capable of easily matching registers between colors by allowing the pattern of each color printed at every printing station to correspond to each fan-out even when fan-out quantity is different at every printing station of each color.
SOLUTION: In the tandem type offset color printing for applying color printing to web-like or sheetlike printing paper while passing the printing paper through the printing station of each color consisting of an impression cylinder and an intermediate cylinder, a process for calculating estimated fan-out quantity at every printing station, a process for making a plate made different in the register between colors of raster data corresponding to estimated fan-out quantity, and a process for attaching the made plate to the printing station to perform predetermined printing, are provided.
