Abstract:

To provide a tangle broiled down with soy sauce, capable of taking effective components of a garlic combined with the tangle unconsciously without any resistance.

This tangle broiled down with soy sauce is obtained by mixing the tangle with the garlic or dark garlic, also mixing edible wild plants such as Matsutake mushroom (Tn'choloma matsutake), Shiitake mushroom (Lentinus edodes), seeds of prickly ash, and sea food products such as coarse fishes, corbiculae, as desired and broiling with hot water for ≥1 hr to make the tangle broiled down with soy sauce for moderating peculiar eat feeling/smell/bad breath after eating the garlic. By penetrating natural sodium glutamate contained by a large amount in the tangle into the content of the garlic, it is possible to provide the tangle broiled down with soy sauce containing the garlic, capable of being taken widely by older people as well as younger one with a feeling of a conventional tangle broiled down with soy sauce.
