To provide a compact and lightweight tank fill-up regulation valve of high degree of mounting versatility on a vehicle or the like which is capable of preventing fuel from flowing out into a canister even when a valve element is opened if a tank is filled up.
The tank fill-up regulation valve comprises a casing fitted to a fuel tank, a float disposed in the casing in a vertically movable manner, a valve element provided on an upper part of the float, and a space part to be communicated with the downstream side of the valve element via a communication port, and a vent port to be communicated with a canister is connected to the space part. An opening part at a tip of the vent port is opened upwardly in the space part, and offset from the communication port.
