PURPOSE: To perform the rapid feed of oil even to a fuel tank situated in a level higher than that of a tank lorry and to perform safe delivery of a cargo to a house even when utilization of gasoline/methanol fuel having a low flash point is extended in future.

CONSTITUTION: A tank lorry body 1 is provided with an engine 1c and a fuel transport tank 2. Fuel being fourth category second petroleum, such as kerosene, having a high flash point or fourth category first petroleum, such as gasoline and methanol, having a low flash point is contained in the fuel transport tank 2. An air compressor 6 is mounted on the tank lorry body 1, and an air compressor 6 is driven with the aid of a hydraulic pump, driven by an engine C, through a hydraulic motor. Compressed air generated by an air compressor 6 is stored in an air tank 9 once. An air drive type diaphragm pump 14 mounted on the tank lorry body 1 is driven by means of compressed air, oil liquid contained in the fuel transport tank 2 is absorbed and discharged through a feed oil hose 19.
