Abstract:
To provide a tank manufacturing apparatus which automatically cuts and discards unnecessary fibers of fibers to be supplied to a filament winding device, and easily achieves supply of the fibers to the filament winding device.SOLUTION: A tank manufacturing apparatus P includes: an FW device 1 for winding fibers around a fuel tank liner T; a fiber stock device 2 that has a plurality of bobbins B for storing the fibers T, and supplies the fibers to the FW device 1; a jig unit 20 that is arranged at a predetermined position of the fuel tank liner T, and grips a winding start end of the fibers F; a conveyance unit 17 having a conveyance mechanism 17a that conveys the jig unit 20 to a predetermined position of the fuel tank liner T and conveys a cutter tool 17c; and a discard device 70 which discards unnecessary fibers of the fibers F to be supplied to the FW device 1 that are unnecessary when wound around an object and are cut by the cutter tool 17c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
