Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To braze a lid part member to a tank body in a case of manufacturing the tank body by extruding or drawing.
SOLUTION: A groove part 22 is provided in the outer circumferential surface of the lid member 22 and, after a brazing material is applied to the groove part 22a, it is heated in a furnace. The molten brazing material flows in a minute clearance (joint part) between the outer circumferential surface of a first lid member 22 and the internal circumferential surface of the tank body 21 by a capillarity, so that the first lid member 22 is surely and easily brazed to the tank body 21.
