To provide a tank tilting device simple and compact in structure, smart in aesthetic appearance, having superior workability and assemblability, easily transportable and storable, and enabling a worker to safely operate it.

This tank lifting device includes: a fixed base 1; a tank support base 2 rotatably joined to the left and right sides of the fixed base 1 through hinges 3; a biasing means 4 which is interposed between the rear end of the tank support base 2 and the rear end of the fixed base 2 opposed to the rear end of the tank support base and which always pushes up the rear end of the tank support base 2; a stopper 6 vertically extending from the front end of the tank support base 2; and tank holding means 7 provided to the sides of the tank support base 2.
