タンタルアモルファス合金
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4750353
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
An amorphous alloy includes greater than 0-2 atm.% tantalum, and 0-0.5 atm.% yttrium. It also includes zirconium, hafnium, aluminum, zinc, titanium, niobium, copper, iron, nickel and cobalt. An amorphous alloy comprises an atomic formula of (Zr,Hf) a(Al,Zn) bTi e,Nb f,Ta gY h(Cu xFE y(Ni,Co) z) d. a : 45-65 atm.%; b : 5-15 atm.%; e, f : 0-4.5 atm.%; g : greater than 0-2 (preferably 1-2) atm.%; h : 0-0.5 (preferably 0.1-0.4) atm.%; d (with impurities) : balance. The sum of e + f + g is 3.5-7.5 atm.%; dXy is less than 10 atm.%; and x/z is 0.5-2. An independent claim is also included for a method of making an amorphous alloy casting comprising a molten amorphous alloy and casting the alloy in a cavity (30).
