Title:
TANTALUM ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005072506
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a tantalum electrolytic capacitor which can avoid the loss of airtightness of the capacitor even when exposed to a high temperature and can be miniaturized.

A tantalum electrolytic capacitor 1 comprises a ceramic substrate 3 having first and second metallized layers 3a, 3b formed on the upper surface thereof and having first and second conductor layers 3c, 3d formed on the lower surface thereof; first and second connection conductors 3e, 3f for electrically connecting the first metallized layer 3a and the first conductor layer 3c, and the second metallized layer 3b and the second conductor layer 3d; a tantalum electrolytic capacitor element 2 having an anode lead terminal 2b with a part thereof embedded in the side of a tantalum powder baked member 2a electrically connected to the first metallized layer 3a, and having a cathode layer 2c applied on the lower surface of the baked member 2a to be electrically connected to the second metallized layer 3b, and a sealing resin 4 provided to cover the tantalum electrolytic capacitor element 2.
