To exactly connect a plurality of connecting blades to target tap pins respectively with a simple manipulation on a tap changer which has a plurality of tap pins on each tap changing mount and connecting blades with which two pins are connected each other.

A tap changer has two coupling rods 15 and 15 connecting the connecting blades, 13a, 13b, and 13c, placed on a plurality of changing mount 14a, 14b, and 14c respectively. The two coupling rods 15 and 15, being in parallel each other, are connected to the plurality of connecting blades, 13a, 13b, and 13c, and parallel link mechanism is made between the two coupling rods, 15 and 15, and the connecting blades, 13a, 13b, and 13c. When a connecting blade 13a is connected to the target tap pins 11y and 12y by manipulating two coupling rods, 15 and 15, the other connecting blades, 13b and 13c, are also connected to the tap pins 11y and 12y moving simultaneously as a connecting blade 13a.
