Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the distance between fixed contacts of low potential part by forming a first Geneva gear part material and a second Geneva gear part material in one unit, forming slit like grooves that are uniformly distributed and with different dividing angles in the Geneva gear part material, and arranging a high potential part and a low potential part separately.
CONSTITUTION: A Geneva gear transmission device 1 comprises a Geneva gear 2 and a Geneva driver 3, and the Geneva gear 2 is comprised of a combination of Geneva gear part materials 2a and 2b. Almost 2/3 of a ring of the Geneva gear 2a are cut out, the cross section of it is L shaped and the slit shaped grooves 5a are formed in it radially with equal pitches. Almost 1/3 of the ring of the Geneva gear 2b are cut out, the cross section of it is flat plate shaped and the slit shaped grooves 5b are formed in it radially with equal pitches. Using the Geneva gear 2 and switching with two kinds of dividing angles, a contact mechanism is formed from separated high potential part and low potential part.
