PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of production in common with the structure of a tape cartridge by making an auxiliary plate, capable of installing another label tape different in tape width, freely settable and vice versa to a label attaching part in a case body.

CONSTITUTION: A feeding roll of a label tape is freely settable and vice versa to a mounting shaft 29 of a case body 25, and thereby the label tape is easily replaceable. Next, a tape cartridge is made installable with even a label tape 34 whose tape width is contracted. Therefore, an auxiliary plate 35 is freely settable and vice versa in an inner part of the case body 25. This auxiliary plate 35 is provided with a cylindrical part 37 capable of fitting the mounting shaft 29 of a table cartridge 24 inside and also a feed roll 36 of the label tape 34 outside respectively, two guide part 38 and 39 of the label tape 34, and a leg part 40 for adjusting height according to the tape width of the label tape. When the label tape 34 passes through a printing head, a position of the label tape 34 is properly met to the printing head.
