PURPOSE: The titled tape for preventing overlapped labor and eliminating the uselessness of a medical fluid, controlling pests for a long time by simple operations efficiently, obtained by coating a tape wit a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and an agricultural chemical such as pesticide or insecticide, or blending them and applying the blend to the whole surface of the tape, followed by winding it round a wheel core.

CONSTITUTION: A tape is coated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 and the agricultural chemical 2 such as pesticide or insecticide, or the pressure-sensitive adhesive is blended with the agricultural chemical, and the surface of the tape is wholly coated with the blend, to give the agricultural chemical tape 1 or 1' wound round the wheel core 4. When it is used, it is only released from its end and rolled round a tree from which pests are removed, so even old men or children can work in controlling operation easily free from danger at all. Since the agricultural chemical is inside in the tape and applied to the tree with the pressure-sensitive adhesive, it is not washed away by rain, and it is not exposed to sunlight directly, so the effect of the agricultural chemical is prolonged for a long time.
