Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an end of an adhesive tape is hardly recognized because the adhesive tape is unwound after the adhesive tape is used.SOLUTION: Facing grooves are provided inside a right side part and inside a left side part of a tape cutter, and arm mounting plates are fitted to the grooves vertically movably. An adhesive surface adhering pipe is fitted between right and left arms with an adhesive surface adhering pipe shaft, where the adhesive surface adhering pipe shaft is fixed to the right and left arms. In the adhesive surface adhering pipe shaft is formed a shaft spring, and on a circumference of an inner face of the adhesive surface adhering pipe are formed a plurality of protrusions. The shaft spring and the plurality of protrusions constitute ratchet function. An arm mounting plate flipping-up spring is fitted to a spring locking pole, and both ends of the flipping-up spring are locked to a spring hook. An arm mounting plate hook and a pushing button are formed, a hole is formed in the arm mounting plate, and a tape guide is formed between a right side part and a left side part of an upper part of the tape cutter, a rotation stopping hook is formed in a tape detachment lock to be fitted into a paper pipe shaft holder, and the rotation stopping hook is locked to a hook grip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
