Abstract:
To provide a tape cutter capable of smoothly cutting a tape.SOLUTION: According to a tape cutter 1 by which a tape piece is obtained by drawing a tape t from a tape roll TR, and cutting the tape, the tape cutter comprises a holder 2 for inserting the tape roll TR into a roll support shaft 21, and storing the tape roll; a cover 3 capable of opening/closing a drawing opening 22 from which the tape t is drawn, that is provided around the roll support shaft 21 with respect to the holder 2 so as to be freely rotated; an inner blade 4 provided to the holder 2; an outer blade 5 for cutting the tape t in cooperation with the inner blade 4, that is provided to the cover 3; and a latch mechanism for temporarily decelerating engagement between the inner blade 4 and the outer blade 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
