Abstract:
A tape cutter for detachably holding a tape in an annular wound state, the tape cutter being provided with: a first clamping part and a second clamping part for clamping an arbitrary portion of the tape in the circumferential direction from a direction in which the tape is clamped between the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the tape, and a second clamping part for clamping an arbitrary portion of the tape in the circumferential direction from a direction in which the tape is clamped between the outer circumference and the inner circumference of the tape; and a pressing member that presses the second nip portion toward the first nip portion, and the tape cutter supports a base end portion of the pressing member at a portion near a base end of the first nip portion. The second clamping part is rotatably held at an end portion of the pressing member on the opposite side from the base end portion so as to be capable of seesaw-type operation, and the first clamping part does not perform seesaw-type operation.
