To simply cut a tape without damaging a wire rod by providing a main body of a bent shape to abut against a circumferential part of a wire rod bundle and a cutter member projecting from the inner peripheral surface of the main body, and adjusting the projection length of the cutter member.

A wire harness 11 is formed by bundling plural electric wires (wire rod) 12 with a tape 13. A cutting cutter 14 has a main body 15 of a bent shape to abut against a circumferential part of the wire harness 11, and the main body 15 is formed by an elastic member. A cutter part 16 where a cutting edge 16a is formed is screw-engaged with the tip of the main body 15, and a knob formed on the base end of the cutter part 16 is rotated to adjust the projection length of the cutter part 16a from the inner peripheral surface of the main body 15. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the main body 15 is provided with a handle 15, and the handle 17 can be gripped by a worker.
