PURPOSE: To make it possible to use a tape rapidly, by cutting the tape which is drawn out and wound over a substance to cover with a cutter while sliding the edge or edge receiver, and sticking the tip of the tape at the recessed part of the outer wall, in a tape drawing-out device for a wire covering work or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A tape 29 is inserted around the inner wall 8 with the tip projected from the outlet 11 and the lid 7 is closed. In the condition where a forefinger 30 is inserted in a center hole 24 of an outer wall 9 and the lid body 7, the tape 29 is rotated to the direction C, and the tape 29 is wound over the substance to cover such as a wire. Then, an edge receiver 5 is slided in the direction D over the outer wall 9 by a thumb, and the tape 29 is pinched between the cutter 3 of the edge 4 and the edge receiver 5, and cut off. The top of the tape 29 is stuck at the outer wall 9, and the edge receiver 5 is separated from the edge 4. When the tape 29 is used again, it is easily drawn out by placing a finger at the recessed part 12 of the outer wall 9. In such a way, the winding work of the tape can be carried out in a good shape, safely, and rapidly.
