PURPOSE: To freely change the pitches between conductors by installing a means to change the pitches between each conductor in one end and each conductor in the other end.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductors 1 are arranged on one same plane and a plurality of insulating tapes 2 are stuck to both sides of the plane in the longitudinal direction of the conductors 1 while keeping a distance to compose a tape electric cable 10. The pitch of each conductor 1 is altered cyclically and of the electric cable 10, the pitches between conductors are made different at outlet parts in both ends. A pitch roller 17 is tilted against horizontal direction by servomotors 18 and hole screws 19 and thus an angle adjusting means to adjust the tilting angle is composed. In this way, while both ends of the pitch roller 17 are reciprocally moved up and down by each motor 18, the tilting angle of the pitch roller 17 is changed and a continuous tape body for electric cable wherein the pitches between conductors are changed is provided. Consequently, the tape electric cable can be used for connection between appliances with different pitches and a printed circuit board may be substituted with the electric cable.
