Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust the height of a movable arm such as a pulling-out arm while a tape is traveled.
CONSTITUTION: The pulling-out arm 10 coming into contact with the tape 1 is attached freely rotatably to a holding block 26 through a fulcrum shaft 14. An adjusting mechanism 42 adjusting the holding block 26 at an arbitrary position in height along a height adjusting shaft 36 parallel to the fulcrum shaft 14 is provided.
