PURPOSE: To obtain a heat sensitive sensor which permits a consideration reduction of the cost of a fire detector by juxtaposing plural slender metallic foil tapes having heat conductivity to a base tape consisting of a heat shrinkable stock.
CONSTITUTION: The plural slender sensor tapes 2 formed of the stock of the conductive foil, for example, aluminum foil, copper foil or stainless steel foil are stuck in parallel except prescribed spaces (g) onto the surface of the base tape 1 formed of the insulating stock which has a self-extinguishing characteristic and is heat-shrinkable at a specified ratio by a prescribed temp. elevation, for example, a polyvinylidene chloride into a film tape shape. A self-adhesive agent 3 such as both-sides self-adhesive tape or adhesive agent 4 for fixing such as prescribed adhesive agent is preliminarily coated over the entire rear surface of the base tape 1. The sensor tape 5 is stuck to the prescribed length within a fire monitoring area and is connected to a detecting part in the case of using the heat sensitive sensor tape 5. Since the base tape 1 and the sensor tape 2 are extremely low in cost, the cost of the fire detection is considerably reduced.
