PURPOSE: To achieve a stable loading or unloading of a tape and to improve a quality with a simple structure by making levers of simple material to make ball paces of a solid member operate and by making the ball paces move by arms of a solid member.

CONSTITUTION: When a loading motor drives a pair of loading gears 60 and 61 to rotate, a linking arms 40 and 41 are turned in the same direction, and so a side face of guide slots 42 and 43 pushes ball paces 21 and 22 in the same direction and the ball paces 21 and 21 are thereby moved sliding along the slots 42 and 43 and are also moved sliding along loading slots 50 and 51 at the same time for a tape loading. When the loading arms are turned reversely, the gears 60 and 61 are rotated reversely and the arms are also turned in the same direction, and a side face of the slots 42 and 43 pushes the paces 21 and 22, which are moved along the slots 42 and 43 as well as along the slots 50 and 51 for a tape unloading.
