In the tape-tying machine, a pair of tied article guide members 21 and 22 are provided on a table 7 forming an upper side of a tape-tying machine body in a position-adjusting manner in the longitudinal direction of a tape guide, and tip parts overlapping the tape guides of the guide members are formed on guide parts 36 and 37 pivotably supported by hinges 38 and 39 in a liftable manner from a regular position slightly above a receiving plate 15 to an operating position above the regular position, and in an accessible manner to facing sides by the lift.
