A provisionally lay platform 20 for provisionally lay a crooked part of a partway bent part of a bundle WB of shield wires W is set up. A terminal stock platform 30 is set up side by side on the platform 20. The platform 30 is used to stock shield wires W finished taping at an opposite side of a taping work space against wire clamps 14, 15. The platform 20 is desirable to have a pedestal 21 on which superimpose the crooked part of the bundled shield wires W. Further, the pedestal 21 is desirable to have a crooked support element 12 which is able to narrowly support the bundle WB of shield wires W for enabling to regulate a formal deformation of the bundle WB of shield wires W.
