Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered polymer porcelain tube molding method in which the adhesion between an FRP core and a covering is good and provide a mold device using this method.
SOLUTION: A tapered hollow core member 2 is arranged within a polymer porcelain tube molding mold 1, a covering forming material is filled in tapered covering forming spaces 1a, 1b around the hollow core member 2, then the mold 1 is heated to the prescribed covering forming material curing temperature to cure the covering forming material. The hollow core member 2 is fixed so that the position, to the mold 1, of the hollow core member 2 does not change. A mold device is composed of a pair of polymer insulating tube molding molds 1-1, 1-2, opening means 12, 13 of the molds, and fixing means 21-1, 21-2, 22-1, 22-2, 23-1, 23-2, 24 for fixing both ends so that the hollow core member 2 does not change the position to the polymer porcelain tube molding mold.
