A water-cooled type induction heating coil 191 is arranged outside a furnace body in the periphery of a molten metal flow passage 111 of a discharge cylinder 100, which is provided in a furnace wall, and an air-cooled type induction heating coil 192 is arranged inside the furnace body. These induction heating coils 191 and 192 are arranged in the periphery of the molten metal flow passage 111 in the range over from a far position to a close position, as close as possible, in relation to inside the furnace body 2. A graphite electrode 200 on the molten metal flow passage 111 of the discharge cylinder 100 is installed, and the molten metal flow passage 111 is heated by induction heating of the induction heating coils 191 and 192.
