Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tap replacement, to eliminate a need of a motor installation by driving a tap mechanically, and to realize a tapping with no electricity consumption.SOLUTION: A tapping device is configured to rotate a cylindrical gear 4 in an elevation case 3 through a plurality of shift gears 8a to 8b in a gear case 1 by a vertical movement of a worm shaft 7 synchronizing with a press work movement, so that a screw shaft 6 rotating with the cylindrical gear 4 and a collet 5 is vertically moved with respect to a screw member 16 screwed therewith so as to axially move a tap 14 with the cylindrical gear 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
