Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve productivity, by a method wherein a press part is located on the same frame in adjacent to a plurality of tappers, and a material to be processed is positioned by means of an X- and an Y-carriage to apply a tapping and a blanking work. CONSTITUTION:In a device body 10, a plurality of tappers 501-503 are situated and a press 60 is arranged on the same frame in adjacent to the tappers. A lamellar work 40 is held on an Y-axis carriage 24, positioned on a table 20 through an X-axis carriage 22, through a work floating mechanism 26 by means of a clamper 25. According to a command from an NC control part 30, the work 40 is positioned, in order to the tappers 501-503 and the press part 60. This constitution performs a given tapping work and a blanking work, made by means of upper and lower molds 61 and 62, through one action of clamp, resulting in the possibility to improve working efficiency.
