To provide a system for detecting and reporting it such that the number of people in an area is decreased so as to prevent the problem on the security from taking place in the light of the needs for burglary-prevention for the area, wherein the intelligence assets and article assets are stored or exhibited and entrance/exit of a third party to/from the area cannot be restricted.
In the system comprising: nameplates 1 attached to workers attach; a location reading unit 2 for detecting positions of the nameplates 1; and a management center apparatus 3 for receiving worker's positional information from the location reading unit 2, and detecting it that the number of workers located in a target area is smaller than a prescribed number, each nameplate 1 has the authentication function of each worker and includes a wireless mobile unit, the location reading unit 2 has a function of detecting positions of the nameplates in the target area, and the management center apparatus 3 has a function of counting the number of nameplates 1 located in the target area and informs the workers through the wireless mobile unit when discriminating that the number of the workers in the target area does not satisfy the prescribed number.
