Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent inability of detection and detection errors by providing slits for preventing the detection errors in the vicinity of a slit for detecting the position of a center, providing a light source at the rear surface of a target, and operating the detected data of a CCD line sensor. CONSTITUTION:In a target 2 which is an object to be detected, a slit 3 for detecting the position of the center and slits 17 for preventing detecting errors in the vicinity of the slit 3 are provided. A CCD line sensor 1 detects an image through the slit 3. A light source 4 is arranged at the rear surface of the target 2. A controller 5 detects the core of an oven or detects an error based on the arrangement of the slits detected with the CCD line sensor 1, and the results are outputted. In this way, the inability of detection and the detection errors can be prevented even in an adverse environment.
